Common questions
- How is usage measured?
- By devices. A device is anything you register on the platform with a tariff attached: a battery, charger, heat pump, meter, or a location. Devices in test mode are not counted.
- What is in the trial?
- Everything in Starter for 14 days: live data for all covered markets, the dashboard, and support from our engineers. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from the dashboard.
- We will pass 250 devices. What then?
- Move to an Enterprise agreement. It fixes a device volume and price for the year, and adds SLAs and security documentation. Your integration and data carry over unchanged.
- Are all markets included?
- Yes. Every plan covers every country and supplier on the coverage page, and new suppliers are added at no extra cost.
- How is Starter billed?
- Monthly by card through the dashboard, excluding VAT. Enterprise agreements are invoiced annually.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. The trial is the free period. Test mode stays available on every paid plan for development.
